My Approach
I approach our time together with respect, reverence, and resonance. Whether you have a goal in mind, or are feeling stuck and want help uncovering your path, let's journey together to create an energy or freedom and ease for you and your life. The beauty of many modalities is that you are always conscious and aware of your surroundings, and therefore can operate from anywhere you feel is a safe/calm/quiet space for you.
My Experience
2026 marks 25 years of working in the fields of health, fitness, life coaching, hypnotherapy, EFT, NLP, Reiki, crystal healing, meditation, meditative stretch, genetic fitness, teacher, awe inspirer, psychic and mediumship. I owned and operated a wellness center in Oregon for many years prior to moving to Oahu. I am currently holding sessions online. My goal is to open a collective here once I have the location that makes my heart sing. Often clients will call for their free consultation and say, "I don't know what I need, just that I am ready for something else." With a few questions we can discover what is missing for you, the presence of which would start you on the path you want. Then the adventure begins.
Author
I wrote "Sacred Grid Therapies, crystal healing treatments." in 2017 and toured the continental US in 2018 speaking, healing, engaging, and inspiring others to manifest their best self and spread that positive ripple throughout their circles and communities. I led classes on how to use crystals for healing and manifestation, and those years of experimenting became the book. The treatments included were tried and tested time again. Great fun!
My Pledge
With the guidance of Angels, Archangels, Ancestors, Avatars, and all white light beings that are always working in our highest and greatest good, we can be our best selves, mind, body, and spirit. Here for me. Here for you. Here for all beings. And it is so.
