My Experience 2026 marks 25 years of working in the fields of health, fitness, life coaching, hypnotherapy, EFT, NLP, Reiki, crystal healing, meditation, meditative stretch, genetic fitness, teacher, awe inspirer, psychic and mediumship. I owned and operated a wellness center in Oregon for many years prior to moving to Oahu. I am currently holding sessions online. My goal is to open a collective here once I have the location that makes my heart sing. Often clients will call for their free consultation and say, "I don't know what I need, just that I am ready for something else." With a few questions we can discover what is missing for you, the presence of which would start you on the path you want. Then the adventure begins. Author I wrote "Sacred Grid Therapies, crystal healing treatments." in 2017 and toured the continental US in 2018 speaking, healing, engaging, and inspiring others to manifest their best self and spread that positive ripple throughout their circles and communities. I led classes on how to use crystals for healing and manifestation, and those years of experimenting became the book. The treatments included were tried and tested time again. Great fun! She grew up in Florida where she worked as a mural artist, graphic artist, and marketing director in television. She understood the power of the mind at an early age.
