Shanna's dedication to somatic education began in 2002 at the Desert School of Somatherapy in Palm Springs, California, where she received her Massage Therapy Certification. Passionate about health and wellness, she became a yoga instructor and nutrition educator and started working in holistic spas and retreat centers, including world-renowned Harbin Hot Springs. In 2012 she began her studies of CranioSacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute International. Fascinated by this modality that focuses on the body's ability to self-heal, she continues to complete advanced level trainings and to support the institute as an Assistant Teacher. Shanna offers customized wellness programs as well as classes and workshops designed to help people awaken and develop their intuitive healing gifts.
