I’m so happy you’re here. For the past thirty-seven years, I have been teaching mind, body, and yoga classes, workshops, and retreats all over the world, including ten years in London, England. I believe yoga is for everyone and encourage all levels to create, energize, restore, and enjoy. My teachings are with compassion and a sense of "Aloha". My classes can be best described as intuitive, creative, passionate, enthusiastic, warm, open-hearted, and fun.
